How
to Remove a Front Bumper Cover:
- Unbolt the hood of the
Ridgeline and place the clips beside the top of the front of the truck
where the hood bolt is positioned. There are seven black plastic clips
that can go off with a flat head screwdriver. Use the screwdriver to take
out the entire clip out.
- Find the two screws which are
situated on each side of truck that are at the border of the fender wells
and take away them with a Philips head screw driver. They can be located
by looking up from below the truck, right at the front of the fender
wells.
- Stretch out on the ground
below the front of the truck and exactly under the bumper coverand use a ratchet and 10mm socket to take out the
six bolts beside the edge.
- Put down the blanket on the
ground to lay the bumper cover on it. Start dragging the bumper cover from
the truck. There are tags placed under the headlights which hold the
bumper cover in place. Grip the bumper cover at the exterior edge of it
and pull tightly so that the tabs should come out.
- Leave the bumper cover on the
blanket to avoid scratches on the ground. The bumper cover is heavy and
some part of the painted shell will come in contact with the ground
